RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Virgin hair and Mink eyelashes are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at Poshlashandbeautybar@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. FOR VIRGIN HAIR ORDERS. Hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders returned WITHOUT tracking information. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.

Please allow 3-5 business days to process and verify credit card payments before we can ship out any orders. Generally shipping takes about 2-3 days. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only ship to CONFIRMED addresses from Paypal. If your address is unconfirmed we will email you to verify your address to ensure accurate delivery. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. Posh Lash and Beauty Bar will not be responsible for carrier delays, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. Posh Lash And Beauty Bar strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.
